Clare Connolly Estate Agent is a boutique estate and property management agency based in Dundrum, Dublin 14.

Owned and managed by highly regarded and experienced estate agent Clare Connolly, our dedicated team offer the full range of auctioneering and residential property services including valuations, sales, lettings, property management as well as property staging and styling. 

Clare is a fully accredited member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers), holds the Property Licence as per the 2012 PRSA (Property Services Regulatory Authority) requirement, and is also qualified as a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist).She is also a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors in the US).

In 2022 the team was honoured and delighted to win Independent Estate Agency of The Year at the National Property Awards.

Meet The Team

Clare Connolly

Managing Director

As Managing Director, Clare is the face and driving force of the business managing a loyal and dedicated team. Clare always had a passion and interest in property. So much so, she decided to leave behind her career of 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry, to pursue her dream role in property.

Working initially with one of Dundrum’s most reputable estate agents, she gained extensive knowledge of the industry and the importance of being customer focused.  In 2008, she worked with a family run business with responsibility for letting and managing a portfolio of 60 properties in North and South Dublin. In 2010, she set up Dundrum Lettings, a successful internet based residential property letting and management company which led to the establishment of her own full service property agency, Clare Connolly Estate Agent.

 Clare is a full member of IPAV and received an IPAV Property Promotion Award for outstanding achievement in 2015. She is the IPAV representative member for the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. She is also a qualified CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors) in the U.S. Clare has quickly gained an excellent reputation as a trusted estate agent and property consultant. She supports a diverse range of clients from suburban sales and lettings to clients looking for exclusive and private properties.

Clare’s approach is eternally positive, hardworking, attentive and personable. She is continually adapting her business and looking at new and better ways to manage and market properties to provide her clients with the best experience possible.

Rhonda Wall Morris

Office Manager

Rhonda calmly and expertly manages all aspects of our office administration including accounts and payroll. She is also responsible for office and rent management. A vital part of the team, Rhonda keeps the team organised and on top of all the requisite paperwork associated with the business.

Maria Seaver

Client Liaison Manager

Maria has been an important part of our team since 2016. Supporting the sales team, Maria’s role involves working closely with clients particularly in the area of property inspections. Prior to joining Clare Connolly Estate Agent, Maria gained extensive customer and administrative experience in the banking and retail sectors. Her experience and attentive service is noted by clients all of whom enjoy liaising with her on a regular basis.

Emma Hughes

Property Management Administrator

Emma started in Clare Connolly Estate Agent in 2021 and manages all aspects of property maintenance with ease and confidence. Having worked in banking for many years, her attention to detail is first-rate. Emma’s detail-oriented nature and organisational skills are recognised by all our landlords and tenants, with many of whom she has built a strong rapport.

Eleanor Hallahan

Office Administrator and Social Media Co-ordinator

Eleanor joined the team in 2022 and looks after all aspects of our office administration. She received a certificate in Digital Marketing, and in 2023 took over the role of social media co-ordinator for the business.

Alicia O’Neill

Trainee Negotiator

Alicia is currently a student in TUDublin, studying to gain her PSRA license. She has recently completed the first year of her course, and will begin her final year studies in September 2023. She has a keen interest in the sector and is looking forward to working with and supporting people throughout the housing process when she graduates.
