Irish Independent – November 30th 2015

Reports in both the Irish Times today and Gareth Morgan’s piece in the Irish Independent last week – on ‘The most – and least – expensive places to buy near rail stations in Dublin’ – have illustrated the premiums that a  commuter will pay  to live close to DART, LUAS and rail stations stations across Dublin – with the cost of a home only tailing off south of Sandyford on the Green Luas line, and beyond Dalkey on the DART. From a renters perspective Dublin’s Spencer Dock is the most expensive place to rent on either the Luas or the Dart line with the average rent in the area at just over €1,800 a month. This was higher than anywhere elsewhere on the Luas line and even eclipsed rents in the upmarket suburbs of Sandymount and Dalkey.

If you are a resident or non-resident Landlord living and working abroad Clare Connolly Property Consultants would be delighted to work with you, and please note that we act as a Tax Collection Agent and thus will take away any concerns you may have around your rental income.
