About Me
In November 2014, Clare Connolly was presented with the IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers) Property Promotion Award, for outstanding academic achievement. She now offers the entire range of Auctioneering services in residential sales, valuation, lettings and management. Clare, formerly Dundrum Lettings, is passionate about the real estate market which is constantly evolving and continually looks at new and better ways to manage and market properties to provide her client’s with the best experience possible.
In 2007, she took the plunge to pursue her passion in Property, leaving behind a 20 year career in pharmaceuticals. She worked initially with one of Dundrum’s most reputable estate agents, and it was here where she gained her knowledge and experience of the property industry and the understanding of the absolute necessity of being customer focused. In 2008 she worked with a family run business with responsibility for letting and managing a portfolio of 60 properties in North and South Dublin. In 2010, she set up Dundrum Lettings, a successful internet based residential
property letting and management company. As a Landlord herself with a number of properties abroad, she understands how essential it is to have one’s property well managed and maintained. In 2014, she worked with one of Dublin’s leading Estate Agents focusing on the sales and valuation area and completed the IPAV/ITT Course in Auctioneering. She now holds the Property Licence as per the 2012 PSRA (Property Services Regulatory Authority) requirement, and is a member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers. In 2017, Clare qualified as a CIPS
(Certified International Property Specialist) also through Ipav.
