There are two sides of the rental market, at Clare Connolly Property Consultants we also value tenant needs and take that extra time to make sure that everything is ready for you when you move in. If you wish to rent one of our properties or are looking for a specific area in which to rent, please complete the tenant application form below, or contact us to make an appointment to view any of our properties listed.
Our procedure for taking on new tenants is outlined below:
- Property viewings will be arranged to meet your time schedule as much as possible. We appreciate that they have to fit in with your lifestyle. With this in mind, viewings are conducted outside normal working hours and at weekends where appropriate.
- As soon as we find the most suitable property for you, we will progress the necessary paperwork.
- The actual date of moving into the property can then be agreed between you and our agent.
- On the day you move into the property, we will take the utility readings. The Lease Agreement will be signed and standing order set-up. You will be registered with the PRTB (Private Residential Tenancies Board).
- The inventory will be checked, agreed and signed by both you and the agent.
- Keys will be exchanged.
- Maintenance issues will be dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner as they arise.
