Viewings of properties to let:
- Properties are to be viewed online only
- No viewings allowed in person except:
- Where the potential tenant has been offered the property.
- Viewing of the property takes place prior to signing of the lease and payment of the security deposit.
- In emergency circumstances. In these circumstances, viewings by one party of no more than two people from the same household allowed.
Note: Property maintenance is deemed an essential service and includes property related services associated with gas, electricity, plumbing, glazing and roofing. Essential services related to sewage and waste management, and services related to cleaning of buildings and industrial cleaning services.
